Matt has over 10 years of experience investing in early-stage ventures. He works on strategy and corporate issues, and supports in the investment process and company engagement. Matt is also a Managing Director at ACS Group and Director at Maytree.

Sam is the CEO of Advantage Capital Strategies Group, a responsible investment manager exclusively focussed on public markets, including creating and running the Responsible Beta funds. He provides strategic guidance and support at Alder Capital.
